Hi, I am doing a disk clean up to free upto 80gb but it is taking so long.. would like to know what can be the reason for that..

Hello Wily, and welcome to Seven Forums. :)

Freeing up 80GB of space using Disk Cleanup alone can take a while.

It also depends on how the hard drive is connected, and how fast that connection rate it. If it's say an external hard drive connected to a USB 2.0 port, then it may take a long time to finish since USB 2.0 connections are slow.

That's a lot of space for disk clean up to work with. It also depends on the speed of you hard drive.
