    HTML files suddenly opening slowly


    I have a website and suddenly when updating it my previews (html files) take forever to open. Not when I upload them...only when I am editing them. I use Windows 7, IE10 and my editor is Scite. I believe my problems lie with IE10. They started when I uninstalled IE11 and went back to 10.

    Any ideas?

    Upgrade to IE11, there seems to be more support for HTML5.

    Because I wasn't have the problem with IE10. I found the problem though...I had an animated gif that was the problem. I changed it to a link and all is fine. Thanks for your help...and yes I will go ahead an download IE11, again.

Opening huge HTML file - 80MB

I have a 80MB HTML report and I don't know how to open it. I tried Firefox and IE but they both can't handle the whole file. On IE it says "Done" but it stops working just when I want to scroll(or click on the window). Firefox I could scroll for about 2 seconds before it stopped responding...
