How many process on a clean reformat of windows 7

Went to the task manager and saw about 67 processes running (80% bloat im sure)

How many processes should be running on a clean install of windows 7?

The number of processes is almost completely irrelevant in terms of performance. One lone thread running in a tight loop can do far more to bring a system to its knees than hundreds of almost entirely dormant processes.

    Agreed :)

@ Pslug, if you have 'Show processes from all users' checked on, then 67 sounds about right.
