I've read through all this and not once has someone mentioned if the value should be entered as hexadecimal or decimal... Can someone please reply.

@Rugburn, enter it in decimal format (though we still have no definitive answer on whether you can actually use a QWORD value on 64 bit or not and have the system actually recognize it and use the value specified in the QWORD).

I'm guessing you didn't scroll down and look at the 'Applies to' section to notice that it doesn't apply to Windows 7 or even to Windows Vista.

This one however DOES apply to Windows 7 and clearly states to use a String Value for the data as well: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2396571
