System freeze every 5th boot

Well the temps look fine to me however the dump files I am not really good at so we might have to refer it to one of those fellows.
But did the chkdsk come up with anything? as you say the SFC did and I would run those other scans I referred to as well and see what if anything is there.

Also just have a look in the Device manager at the Mice and other pointing devices and see if there is any yellow triangles there see pic

Yep I have similar but I don't know myself what the dickens it is a rightclick on them and go to properties might tell you what they are but probablysomething insignificant.

I suppose you have updated the graphics driver?? worth a try

If your system is freezing, that is not a good sign and is usually caused by hardware failure.

Check your HDD for errors, and then run a memtest.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+


TIP: Also try replacing the sata cable going to your hard drive. This has been known to be causes of some unusual freezing.

Remove the card reader and do the tests Andrew has cited the diskcheck I quoted earlier but should have been a bit more explicit I usually add in the /f and /r tho the command line prompt in Option 2 if it looks necessary.

If you do get errors and have morethan one stick then you will need to test each one separately and maybe even inthe separate slots.
I would also be tempted to run tests on the drive with SeaTools for Windows | Seagate and a physical suface test with Partition Wizard Best Free Partition Manager Freeware and free partition magic for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Vista and Windows XP 32 bit & 64 bit. MiniTool Free Partition Manager Software Home Edition. again see pic for how that is done it will check for actual physical problems of the spinning disk.
