Advanced boot options Windows 7 don't have Repair Your Computer.

I don't have "Repair Your Computer" at "Advanced Boot Options" AND my old DVD reader is not working so I can't run "System Recovery Options" using Windows 7 installer disk.
I need to access "System Recovery Options" because I having trouble:
    1. Computer hang at normal mode loading screen.
    2. Computer hang at safe mode while loading Classpnp.sys.
It's a dead end for me?

Before that, I was enable to access to "System Recovery Options", however don't know what have I done the "Repair Your Computer" at "Advanced Boot Options" is gone!

Do you still have the 100MB System Reserved partition on your hard drive?

Thank you for everything. I manage to borrow my friend DVD reader, so I end up re-install Windows. It's a way to delete this post?
