Infinite Reboot Loop (Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit)

Hey, I turned of my PC and went to bed, just woke up and it's stuck in a infinite reboot loop. Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, I don't want to format my PC though, as I have a FPS game I have been working on for about.. 7-8 months on there, and I still am, and if it gets formatted it's just a waste of time. So, I got Ubuntu on it, and I mounted the drive, is it possible to like, copy my boot folder, or any other load up one and replace it from my working Windows 7? Like fixboot, and fixmbr as my windows 7 disk doesn't work, so I can't use it there D:

Do you still have a windows 7 disc? and if so; have you tried booting off the disk directly? because doing that should allow you to try a startup repair
