Having said that I think Layback Bear has a point in the looseness of the power lead itself it could be a faulty connection at the PSU end too - now I an NOT suggesting you tamper or try and fiddle with that device - just check to see if it wobbles around at all.

I ran the first test, it says windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

I ran the second link, I'll have to restart my computer to do that one though. Second test didn't find any issues
