miduve.exe, any info about this service (slow system)

hi , i have almost a good hardware ( Cpu Core2Quad , 8 GB ram , 1 GB Graphic card and enough free space on all Drives )

but my system is always slow in boot , shutdown and work with software's ( even Firefox , km-player , open a Drive and ...)

i try many things :

- update Drivers
-Fragment Hard disk
-check start up
-Increase Virtual Memory
-check hardware for error
-check many Win optimizer and scan my whole system with many Antivirus and Spyware and Trojan killer

no success at all !!

Today i suddenly find miduve.exe in my services ! and when i Google it i couldn't find anything about it !

whats this service ?

and do you now any Software to help me to scan my system and find whats the real problem with my Computer ( hardware or software problems) o find out how can i fix this ?
