The only one you're likely to hear a lot about here is CCleaner.
But it would be a stretch to say it "makes Windows 7 run faster".
Cleaning is more about being clean and relief from the anxiety of being "unclean" than it is about better performance.
I use it regularly. Can't tell the difference. Which hardly discourages me from continuing to use it.
If you want to make Windows 7 run faster, you might look at a faster CPU or maybe an SSD, if you don't already have one.
But I see you have an "MP Mini Netbook 110". I haven't the foggiest idea what that is, but I don't like the sound of it and could understand your desire to run faster.
Maybe this is it. I still don't have much hope.

I say don't be tempted to use any of the "speed up my PC" type programs they almost always seem to cause more problems in the long run, your sensible options is disable almost everything you can that starts on Windows load, then pay a visit to http://www.blackviper.com/index.html and read what this guy say's about services you can safely disable, after that disable Aero if it is running and transparent window backgrounds, there is a couple of registry tweaks also to create the illusion of speed but I wont mention them here as you guys may not approve, after doing all that then there is not really much left you can do from a "software" perspective... other than running one of the open source operating systems on it rather than Windows (they work great on old or even underpowered laptops).
I use Blackviper to tweak my needed processes also . Also, I think some people worry about a few milliseconds way too much , and some computers no matter how much you tweak them will only go so fast .
Best bet is to use Ccleaner for removal of temporary files, tweak your processes running , and restart browser and computer as needed to clear RAM . Of course , this is just my opinion.. good luck .
