    Weird internet speed problem

I went to speedtest today after barely loading half of a 1080p video which would not load, well it turned out that my download speed went from 38.9+ megabytes/per second to 0.45 megabytes per second.

Does anyone know what I should do about this, call my provider? This has happened before once and I disregarded it but now it's only transferring 0.45?! I can't deal with this at all

Do you a monthly limit that you have exceeded. Some Internet Providers reduce your speed if you have exceeded your limit, rather than making you pay more.
