I run sfc/scannow !!!

    Opsss!!! I already tryed that and still the same problems persists...look that >>>>>>>

    I find that file in these locations on my Win 7 computer:

    I run sfc/scannow !!!-2014-08-10-11-56-52_navigationright_buttongraphic.png

    You could try copying from one of them to the missing one.

    Well I tryed to find but windows explorer couldn't find any file like that......I think it is because it is missing...........should I try repair my system???

    Do you thing it could be helpfull.....I have a great doubt about......could be a sort of virus.....!!!

    I don't like downloading system files from unknown sites on the internet.

    Repair is a better choice.

My mom's computer is acting up again, and I have been selected as the designated Repair Guy. Yay me! :p She is running XP sp3. I'd like to do an sfc/ scannow on the thing, but I've never done it in XP. Has anybody done this? What should I know going in? Any pointers or advice for me? Thanks!

Just left the above running while I took a break, got back and it must have finished. Which event log will I find the result in? Also, I went into command prompt as admin, but it said it didn't recognise the SFC command. I ran it from Run OK though. Is that right?
