I have 8GB of DDR2 at 960MHz and my buddy has 4GB of DDR3 at 1333MHz and I score 6.9 and he scores 5.9. LOL

Indeed, the Hard Drive scores baffle me the most though.

I disabled write caching, no difference is HD scores.
