this is a fresh install of 7232 x64, just after setting up nvidia nforce 15.35 and geforce 186.18 drivers. no overclocking, all stock timings 1333 linked and synced underclocked ram from 1600. will overclock and see what changes (if) i get. i can hit 3.83ghz without having to get into detail.

Well, my machine is far from being a '7', but for us, a 3.7 is good for what we need.

hey my laptop that the g/f uses is lower than that and its still fast, even when i have to use it after getting so use to using my rig setup, its still a reasonable speed for the wei it scores, like others have said it is to rate your hardware to current components available now rather than 2 weeks ago (lol) so everyone makes $$$ from it and vendors will go, hey look at the sales we can make with the new win7! all just a big merry-go-round. still i enjoy benching....and dreaming

it's a pity i changed the xml file that determines what the WEI score shows.

but my cpu and ram are both 7.2's 3d is 5.9, aero is 3.3 wtf? and Hard Disk is 6.1

If ouy hear of anyone who walks into a shop and says this machine got this wei score tell em about xml and a text editor

i'll show you where the file is and all i did was edit the text in it.
    X:\windows\performance\winsat\datastore\"date ip. Formal assesment"(recent).winsat.xml

Obviously x=your system drive : date = test date : ip = it looks like an ip address but isn't mine.
