    u can get a lot higher than 5.9. i have got a single ssd drive runing my os and i got 6.5. im looking to get another 2 ssd drives the same as wat i got now and set up a raid 0+1 setup then hopefully i can get a lot higher. but also look at this its a 3 ssd raid setup that got 7.8 which is the highest ive seen and yes this is kickers lol

    hey all, its been a while. i have just made a discovery for myself.... i think the WEI in regards to HDD performance scores has made room for the new SATA3 6Gb/s (600MB realistic value)


    Im not sure what HDD are out there yet, but Seagate have released one, and the specs look good. just imagine the performance of a raid0 setup of SSD's on a native Sata3 platform!! i think a few mobo's support Sata3, ASrock have released a P55 board with a bonus add-on PCI-e Sata3 card, but im unsure of the transfer rates of PCI-e, but i would assume that it would be better with a native on-board setup rather than relying on the PCI-e bus.

    HDD score was 5.9 with single HDD
    My HDD is now 6.2 with raid 0 on 2x1TB Samsung F1 drives
    Cant see anything higher without SSD
