when I first found this post my WIE was 3.5, Nov. 22nd it dropped to 3.1 both caused by aero now I ran the test again just cause and its 3.8 what's up with that? why is it changing when nothing in this laptop has changed.
i used to find when i had a lappy and the fans were working overtime that if i ran the wei i would sometimes get a lower score.although that was with vista on a lappy with only 1 gig of ram.you could try running it after a cold boot in future to see if you get a steady score.:)

    An Issue

Hey Guys, My "Gaming Graphics" Score is 5.3 but the "Graphics - Desktop performance for windows Aero" is only 3.4.

Is this fairly common or is there some discrepancy? What do you guys think? Is there a way to improve this?

Hello GURVIN1, welcome to Seven Forums!

The only way would be to update to a better graphics card.

    My WEI

Kinda disappointing with 12GB RAM, Quad Core CPU, GTX 285, RAID 0, etc...
Guess I'll have to get an SSD and start overclocking the hell out of everything..

What should 4 GB of DDR3 at 1600mhz in dual channel be? I can't get it higher than 5.9, but I think it should be higher...
