Ram over 1600 mhz is usually 7.9, I guess maybe the problem is amount, how much do you have? I've never seen 4gb+ of 1600mhz+ NOT get 7.9, so that's kind of weird if you do have 4 gigs or more. I don't know if 2 intels in r0 would get you 7.9 but probably close, though sometimes oddly it doesn't do much. And for cpu even 4.5ghz or more 920 only gets 7.7ish. My suggestion to you? Use your computer. It's awesome. I drive myself crazy tweaking trying to get the most out of my components, then I get bummed if I don't get the number I want from the benchmark, then I go open some big program like photoshop or some other and it opens instantly and I remember "oh yeah my computer is pretty badass afterall".
