Leave those alone.

The best way to reduce the space requirements is to get rid of the hiberfile and to reduce the page file to 2GB.

Else I suggest you run this program and post the results here. Then we may find more opportunities.

PS: I have 6 Windows systems on SSDs and all are under 30GB (without user data). If your system is bigger, there must be ways to trim it.
