    Unusually High Ram Usage (48%-69% On idle) (Cant run BF3/4 Anymore)

    Hey guys,i'm new here. Anyway,ever since i came back from vacation last week(I was gone for 3 weeks),i have encountered this issue where my ram usage is extremely high on idle(50% all the way up to 75%).
    It has made the main games i play(Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4) Unplayable(Fps drops to below 20 and for some reason it wont use my GPU and CPU to 100% like it used to). But anyway,apart from that fact,its bothering me that my ram usage is so high while idling or playing one Youtube video and having Skype and one other Facebook tab open.
    My Ram usage used to be kind of high to begin with while on idle or playing videos(20% - 30%) but that has never bothered me before.
    My specs are as follows;

    Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
    Intel Core i7-2600 @ 3.40
    10GB Ram
    1x1TB HDD
    1x2TB HDD
    AMD HD 5570 1GB

    The only thing i did when i came back from vacation last week was install another 4GB Ram card,which made it 12GB of ram(Took it out since then) and installed a new 2TB HDD(Took it out but re-installed it today)

    This is really really bothering me,since i run a youtube channel mainly centered around battlefield. And now i cant upload Battlefield 3 or 4 videos,i cant even play them let alone run them. i used to be able to run Battlefield 3 on low settings at much over 100 FPS but now i cant at all. Im sure it has something to do with my RAM and GPU. Please PLEASE help me,i did everything i could think of,infact im gonna defrag again,and run Advanced Systems Care 7. The only other weird thing i can see is that SVChost is running hot.(Meaning its at 700.000 K on Memory usage right now)

    The only other thing i could think of is my primary HDD (1TB) is nearly full with about 250GB of free space left.
    That's about it. Please help guys!
