Win7 64 Sleep Timer Won't Put PC to Sleep

My PC will not go to sleep on it's own. I've set the timer to 1 minute to test various changes in configuration, but I've yet to succesfully identify the problem.

I ran powercfg -requests and get:

    Code:
    Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]
Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\Windows\system32>powercfg -requests
    DISPLAY:
    None.

    SYSTEM:
[DRIVER] IDT High Definition Audio CODEC (HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_76B2&SUBS
    YS_103C361B&REV_1003\4&11559d30&0&0001)
An audio stream is currently in use.

    AWAYMODE:
    None.

    C:\Windows\system32>
I've since tried updating the audio driver, rebooted and made sure there were no audio programs started or playing (including browser pages). I've disabled numerous startup applications that could potentially be using an audio stream, but have yet to find the culprit.

energy-report.html shows these errors and warnings...

I've narrowed it down to the Snagit screen capture software that starts up on boot. If I exit the program it goes to sleep just fine. Interestingly, if I exit the program and restart it the computer also goes to sleep just fine.

Did you go to msconfig/startup? Is the box ticked so that it starts at startup?
