    Slow log on and can't access anything when logged on


    Hi

    I've tried to boot up my pc today and it's taken about 20 mins to log on and when I've finally logged on can't access anyhting (system not repsonding).

    A couple of times I logged on I got different LogonUI.exe errors so went through the F8 system repair which did not solve the issue.

    I couldn't do a startup recovery, becasues there was no recovery point set. I guess my question is; Is there anything else I can do without losing files or having it repaired professsionally??
