I was wondering is it possible to play games and surf the internet or even listen to music and play around with photoshop while i doing a defragmentation on my pc? I am asking because I have heard that its not good to do anything or have any programs running while your pc is being defragged.

Hi basically when 1 hard disk currently defragmenting manual , show consolidate and defragmented , now i see my hard disk relocated , what is that ? problem of my hard disk ?
I rembered I had PageDefrag when I was using XP but now I'm using 7. So do I need to find 3rd party software or will 7's default defragmenter do the job?
