Chdsk finds the same 10 unindexed orphan files each time
I have been having trouble with Windows acting weird so I ran Chkdsk /F on my 2TB Seagate SATA drive. It reported that it found and fixed issues. However, it didn't really fix anything. Each time it is run it finds the same 10 files and writes a "Recovering" message for each one but at the end it shows "0 unindexed files recovered".
I made a clone of the drive on an identical drive and it now gives exactly the same errors each time as well.
Any idea why Chkdsk can't seem to repair this issue? Or better yet, is there a way that I can fix it without Chkdsk?
