Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

I have attempted to do as you had suggested, although it did not work. I right clicked on the 802.11n, went to properties and then to driver, I then browsed my computer for what I had downloaded and it just said that "The best driver software for your device is already installed."

I've also attempted to update it via the "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" option, and I've managed to bluescreened after various options taken from the Asus category.

That is strange. I wonder whether something is wrong with the hardware.

1. Download and run the Process Explorer: Process Explorer

2. See whether there are any interrupts - especially DPCs (deferred procedure calls). You see more details when you right click on the process and go to Properties.
