new here, need help interpreting CHKDSK log report initiated on reboot

Greetings and thank you for any help. I shut down my computer last night and it had a shield in the log out/shut down tab. This morning when I rebooted my computer it told me it needed to run CHKDSK and this has not previously happened. I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Found where to locate the log but not sure how to interpret it. I will put the contents below. Does this signify anything I need to take steps towards to avert any possible upcoming implosion, my computer is behaving normally but I am concerned whether it would continue to do so given today's CHKDSK run, not initiated by me:

I don't see anything alarming there.

It shows no bad sectors.

I'd go to the drive manufacturer's web site and download their disk analysis tool. For Western Digital drives, it's called "Data Lifeguard". It has a short test and an extended test. The short test shouldn't take over a minute or two. The longer one might take hours.

Familiarize yourself with its results and "SMART" data generally.

SMART is cryptic to a degree, but it will try to warn you of serious problems. I'd pay attention to the bad sector count in particular.

Hard drives can go bad for no apparent reason even when SMART shows no problems, so you just have to have things backed up so that a drive failure is not a catastrophe.
