SFC /SCANNOW found errors but was unable to fix them

I have performed a SFC /SCANNOW as I'm having trouble with my windows. It found errors but it was unable to fixe them.

How can I fix these errors.

I attach the log that I got.

    Thanks in advance.

Did you install WIndows patch KB 3004394 Tuesday. It caused problems like that.

The CBS log as posted has no errors in it at all - and the SFC scan appears to have also complete without a problem.

Please be specific about your problems - when did they start?
    What symptoms do you see?
What have you attempted to do to fix them?

I uninstalled KB 3004394 and I think that the problem is solved.

    Thanks anyway.

That patch made SFC report integrity issues when there were not any. Mine did same thing but the CBS.log never mention a specific file, and after removing that patch (I did a whole refresh of an image before it), I had no integrity issues per SFC.
