After re reading through the thread I posted on the BSOD forums, I noticed arc told me to update my drivers for my motherboard and I didnt notice it. I did this, and now my problem has been worsened.

I commented on the first page. I can see it's not down to a port now due to the fact it was not a new build and was running fine for quite some time. It sounds like it's a pretty deep rooted issue. Or issues. After reading all your replies since, it doesn't sound like a hardware related fault.
Personally in this kind of situation I would be inclined to go for a clean install. That way you know any bad stuff has gone. Back up any data you want to keep such as pictures/documents etc and then start clean. Fresh install, install all motherboard drivers, Windows updates, graphics drivers etc etc.
There was a time when I used to do a clean install every 6 months, I got it down to maybe 1-2hrs to get the PC exactly how I wanted it again bar games which I keep on a separate drive anyway.
