The Temp folder is on a drive that is full or is inaccessible -
Hello,
I'm having problems every time I try to install some programs like Skype or a Visual Studio update. and I just figured out that I also have it when I try to uninstall ANY program.
There's a Visual Studio update that also adds this to its installation log file:The Temp folder is on a drive that is full or is inaccessible. Free up space on the drive or verify that you have write permission on the Temp folder.

There's no space problem: I have plenty of free space. I found in other threads that this might be a UAC problem but I tried changing it without luck.
I checked the permissions to the %temp% and C:\windows\temp folders and they seem to be ok: and I'm actually trying to run the install files as Administrator.
Any ideas of what might be causing this?
Thanks in advance,
