    SFC scannow corrupt files

I've been having issues with some Windows updates for a while but most updates worked. I tried using CHKDSK at startup and it made it through 2/3 phases and after saying the 2nd was complete before hanging. I ran SFC /scannow in cmd and it gives me the message "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them."

Here's the log it included (attached).

I don't know where any of my windows 7 discs are, I think they're at my mom's house half way across the country and it will be a long time before I'd get someone to be able to find them for me. Is there any way to fix this without the cds?

I ran the System Update Readiness Tool found here: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker and it was not able to update my files.

EDIT: the CBS.log is too large to upload (3.96 MB) what do I do?

Hello and welcome phnx mate you can use the iSO form this tutorial for an installation disk Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 make sure you have the exact same version (and bit value) you have originally because the activation code will be tied to the motherboard for that version and then follow this tutorial
