    I spoke to sager support. They said if they notice my computer is slow, it must be because of a virus since i downloaded a lot of thigns recently. However the battery issue they said wouldnt make sense though.


    Right now however i dont have the red x on the battery... Basically they say wait till i getr a response from them then we decide what to do. I also cant send it back to them b/c im out of the usa at the time...


    Do you think clean reinstall woudl fix this battery issue though? Also how do i show my battery cycle what prgoram do i download...

    You seem to have a problem with following instructions, like when I specify exactly how to paste the power report in reply box.

    The power report shows you haven't even set a Power Plan which was the first step I gave you and apparently ignored. So instead of generating a power report which no one suggested here, why don't you start now with the steps I gave you, don't skip any, ask back any questions needed to get them done, then report back results as you go.

    If you won't work with me then I can't help you further. You already know you need to replace your battery, so you could probably do that but it will wear out again fast because you don't have a Balanced Power plan in effect.
