Problem with encrypted volume on Windows startup

My E drive is encrypted with True Crypt and i have changed the location of Desktop folder to E:\Desktop and now every time i start windows i receive this message:

Problem with encrypted volume on Windows startup-2015-02-22_170646.jpg

How can i disable this notification?

Also, all of my pinned items on taskbar do not appear? Some of the pinned items are located on the encrypted E drive but some are not. Any way to fix this?

You'll have to either move your Desktop folder to an accessible location that is not encrypted, or open E:\Desktop with TrueCrypt before you allow Windows to access it.

I have put a script in the Startup folder that mounts the encrypted drive but i think Windows is trying to access the Desktop folder before executing the script.

That sounds logical, because the Desktop is needed very early on, before Windows can do any real work.
