Hi, for playing games you would need some hardware (CPU,GPU) - "dell-inspiron laptop" could you please show "windows experience index" for this laptop and tell us which games you want to play?

thanks for the reply sir , I wanted to play 2 games Need for Speed Most wanted & Don brad man cricket . These games work well in my brother laptop l with i3 processor , 4 gb ram and windows experience index 5.2. where as my laptop shows 4.5(image attached) . I have doubt about windows updates, for an instance it will show restart in 10 mins the time I am working on some project but after that when i give a manual shutdown i don't see any difference in shutdown process ( i mean updation process is aborted ) . does it slow down the system

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
On one of the first screen shots you show it say system rating unavailable did you refresh the score to post the last screen shot ?

Also you have Net framework entries but your windows updates show only version 4
The latest Net framework is 4.5 I would suggest downloading it there should be a optional update for it,

I would also replace or redo the programs and features screen shot because the icons view is not very helpful there are No details showing,
Of which you have some troubling entries there
Plus the last screen shot if you click on the link "Windows Experience Index" it will direct you to a detailed list of all scores which is more helpful than the single score.

On the top right next to the question mark you can change the page view to Details you were set to medium icons which does not show allot of details like installed date....

    Hi and thanks again
You definitely got a full plate of programs
I'm not sure what's going on with the system reserved usually it's only 100mb :/
Only reason it would be any bigger is because it's a manufactures system restore partition ?

An easy way to get a little boost is to clean install on a ssd,
Then when you install something don't let it make or create a startup folder
Ultimately you'd need a ram update and ssd too,
If you use the link above my signature to Fill in your system spec's page possibly we can see what you have,
i5 is not bad but laptops are difficult sometimes to get the most out of them.
    Cheers.

My system reserved values are manually modified by me thinking "If cache memory is increased system performance will increased " If this wrong tell me I will give the recommended value

In one of my partitions I have noticed a new files (image attached) which look odd for me ,tell what is that file and why it is created

System Requirements Don Bradman Cricket :

Platform: PC DVD | Edition: 2014 Limited Edition

CONTROLLER REQUIRED.;Internet connection required for game activation via STEAM.;To play online, activate an online account using the STEAM product key included.;Minimum Specs: Memory- 2 GB Processor - Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz /AMD AthlonTM II X2 250 Processor 3.01 GHzGraphics Card- Radeon HD 6670 or NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 with minimum 1 GB memory Hard Drive - 2 GB.;Recommended: Memory- 4 GB Processor - Intel CoreTM i3-3210 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 960T 3.0 GhzGraphics Card- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 / Radeon HD 7790 with minimum 2 GB Memory Hard Drive - 2.5 GB
HD 6670 or NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 with minimum 1 GB is minimum requirement for one of your games, your laptop has Intel HD graphics(which is 1/10 of what is required). You will not have great time playing games on your laptop, I would suggest lowering all the detail settings in your games to low. PC gaming requires dedicated graphics card (GPU) your laptop doesn't have it - sorry.
