Svchost.exe PID 1068 (LocalSystemNetworkRestricted) High CPU usage

I've been experiencing this problem long time ago but it decided to solve it once for all.
I know that is a common problem, i've researched in may pages but with unsatisfactory results.

So the svchost is taking up to 50% of cpu usage from time to time
I scanned malwarebytes and everything is clear.

    Could it be windows updater?
Because it does not happen everyday

    More info:
These are the services that are running:

    Pid 1068 of svchost.exe

    wdusystehost
    uxsms
    trkwks
    SYsmain (superfetch
    Netman
    AudioenpointBuilder
    Pcasvc

    (EDIT)

    PC SPECS:

    Win7 32-bits

    Amd Athlon IIx2 3.00ghz
    Ati Radeon HD 7700 series
    Hdd SATA II
    4gb Ram

All drivers updated, using malwarebytes and I've already done a full scan

I should add that it doesn't happen all the time.
And If if kill the process the cpu usage goes 3% again, which is totally normal
