SCF /scannow Cannot repair member file iassdo.dll.mui

I decided to finally take care of my computer which for a i5 has always been slow and laggy and ocasionally it freezes for a few seconds when multiple software is running (for instance PokerStars client and Chrome) and I don't really know why. Here are the specs:

So, I followed everything from this great article of yours. I did everything until the step of System Update Readiness Tool and installed it - I was still getting corrupt files running scf /scannow. When I finally checked the sfcdetails.txt to see what's wrong, the problem seems to be with the iassdo.dll.mui file. The .txt file is in attachments.

    How can I solve this?

I am grateful for any help!
    Kind regards

EDIT: I read on my findings on google that people run memtest86 to check for problems. Considering the problems I've mentioned, should I also do it?

Almost sounds like malware. What is the driver installer used for? It's not a Microsoft driver that I could identify. If it's for software you loaded, try uninstalling the software, rebooting then reinstall the software.

Try the Repair Install. It about the same as SFC but takes the files from your DVD.

I've seen that option although I don't have the DVD.

Grateful for taking the time to help me :)
