My Mouse Cursor is always Loading

Recently i updated my laptop but after i did i couldnt run some of my games and programs So i used system restore which helped fix the problem but my system slowed down and now im stuck with a cursor thats always loading with the blue circle next to it. im assume thats the reason my computers cpu is so high, maybe a program is trying to start up? Anyway Help with fixing this issue would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I had the same issue on my Win7x64, and I struggled a few weeks until i solved it!
There is no straight solution to that issue, it could be many things, and I hope I can help!
In my case it was Office and its process : MSOSYNC.exe (depending on how many Office version you have installed, there might be one or more of these MSOSYNC.exe running,in my case I had two one for Office14 ond teh other for Office15, located in two different locations.)
The process itself is not the issue, you just need to check if you have following folder in your system: "OfficeFileCache" :--> "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\OfficeFileCache" (Office15)
and or : "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\14.0\OfficeFileCache" (Office 14), if you have this folder "OfficeFileCache" just delete it! Keep the process running! No need to restart! In my case the cursor stopped loading (blue circle) instantly!

I find it out by myself, by looking in the "Task Manager > Processes" Tab if there was a Processes popping up every now and then! And that was the case! I had constantly two Processes running named "MSOSYNC.exe" and every now and then a third Process named "MSOSYNC.exe", then I did a little search and voilat.
So if this will not solve your issue, that means that another process is causing the issue, so:
    1. Open "TaskManager > Processes" Tab
    2. Look carefully if a new Process is being launched every now and then (the list of "Processes" will not be static but moving and the scrollbar will become a bit smaller then bigger again when the process is killed automatically).
    3. Look for its name and search on Internet

    Suggestion:
What it also could be is:
    1. NVidia Driver Up to date (if you have NVidia)
    2. Wacom Tablet Driver Up to date (if you have any Wacom Tablet)
    3. WiFi Printer Driver Up to date (if you have any WiFi printer)
    4. WiFi Printer process looking up for Printer IP Address (if not set as static in the router)

    Good luck
