CPU usage capped at 100%, I have tried everything

    I am going to try and uninstall the Microsoft security essentials. If that does not work or if it won't let me, I will scan with malware bytes and install avast, will post my results as soon as I finish.

    You should be able to uninstall Security Essentials, If not see if it can be turned off.

    ran malware scan, no harmful objects detected, so if youve got more suggestions , im all ears! I need to get this fixed

    After you uninstalled MSE, what does Task Manager showing using the most CPU ?
    Is it still MsMpEng.exe using a lot of CPU like your screen print in post #4 ?

    Run a scan with eset online. When I had a virus my AV missed it, but picked up by eset. You can use eset even with another AV installed.

    It's svhost.exe or system idle. They both fluctuate between each other

    My keyboard won't work anymore, it's plugged in the usb and glowing, but none of the buttons work. Also my mouse every time I start up it says driver dialed I have to u plug an plug back in for it to work but it's a pain... Could it be a driver problem with either my razor gear or graphics card?
