To be clear you surly need to buy Windows 7 with a proper COA key.
This installation of Windows 7 is counterfeit.

    From your log.

Do you think this is potenitally causing the problems? can you link me where I can purchase a key online?

I guess what im essentially asking too is, will I have to purchase a CD w/ key from like bestbuy and do a full new system install? Or is it a simple, purchase new key and enter it in?

You don`t need Ultimate, there is a big price difference.

    This is all you need.

    Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-Bit - Operating Systems - Newegg.com

Ahhhhh, I remember walking in Bestbuy and picking up Windows 7, that was a day I`ll always cherish

Not a shot of Retail, but you get the idea.

    Lol.

So I'll have to delete my windows and reinstall with this then when I order it? Are you sure this will solve the problem? Only because I don't want to spend 100$ if I don't have too
