    I did manage to. The error message i receive when i start up didn't appear in safe mode or when i did a clean boot but i suppose that that's irrelevant because nothing was working still even after i booted in safe mode and got malwarebytes to clean up

    Can you post the log by following the instructions below? It will help me figure out what programs you have and I can advise as to which ones need to be removed. (ignore the BSOD parts, just post the log here)

    I know that this is bad but just a couple of things... the file didnt save as a .zip it saved as _zipIt.vbs is that a bad thing? Secondly... my laptop isn't letting me upload anything. doesn't matter how many times i click on the upload button, nothing is happening

    Also, whenever i do a clean boot, the issue is still there. The error message goes away, but i still can't delete programs or change anything or download anything

    It sounds like you have some major issues.

    Can you try running an SFC scan?
