You must have missed my post above where I gave everything that can be done to repair Win7 or if necessary rescue your files to do a Clean Reinstall Windows 7.

Everything needed to get and keep a perfect install is compiled in the blue link, and been used by over 1.4 million consumers without a single complaint or return here with problems IF they stick with only the tools and methods given.

    Hoi Lila441

Usually on HP Notebooks pressing F11 on boot time invokes the System Restore option.
If all other has failed, you can always restore your system to Factory Default settings.

    Success!

    Yes, so?
That's the key that invokes the System Restore option, and then the user can select different options.

What was the point of that post?

Did you bother to read the options on the screen that came up?

You mean this? HP Notebook PCs - Using System Recovery, Factory Reset and Minimized Image Recovery Options | HP® Support

I was senior repair technician at HP financial Services for 7 years before they moved to Germany.

    Yes, I have read them.

Anyway, let's wait for Lila441 to tell us what happened: Assisting the OP was the purpose of this thread.

Next time you can include helpful links in your posts to begin with rather than questioning someone who does.
