    Windows Is Frozen

I somehow downloaded a virus called "Go Save" and Tiny Wallet."
I also tried something called SpyHunter to identify the problem.
I used malwarebites (free edition) to remove the Go Save and TinyWalletT.
I then uninstalled the SpyHunter using Iobit's Uninstaller Program.
A piece of the SpyHunter remained, (a message saying no language files found), so I used Panda Cloud Cleaner to remove it.

When I try to open any of my desktop files it takes at least 30 minutes to open if at all.
I am getting messages that say "Application is not Responding. The program may respond again if you wait."
I can open the start menu, but I only get the blue circle and the Application not responding message.

Sometimes the screen just goes black, but comes back.

When I can get online, I can navigate to a page, but when I click on anything, the page is frozen.

    What can I do?

    Thank you.

Honestly it sounds like you should back all data up ASAP. If it was me I would do a clean install and reload my software and call it a day !
