The big numbers don't mean matter much to me-I use it as my system drive. The small read and write speeds and access time effect the feel that the system is so much more responsive. My primary reason for using raid0 is to aggregate the size. I have 50gb on the drive and the 10gb free space caused problems. OCZ is very good about firmware updates. I found with my ATI chipset and raid that trim didn't seem to work. My first install of RTM had a rapid performance drop. I reinstalled with their other firmware (providing garbage collection instead of trim) and six weeks later no drop.
