I have 1TB of space used up by the "Unknown"

First of all good day to everybody! I hope everything is well and good. I've been doing some looking around and then realized the severity of my problem. It is similar to our thread starter which I hope has fixed his problem(cause then I'd know it possible). Attached to this post would be a screen shot of a WinDirStat I had run on drive H which is my external hard drive(Western Digital My Passport Wireless 2TB). I was hoping this would end my trouble but this only confirms that I have 1TB of space used up by the "Unknown". Could somebody help me out here?

Some other info which may or may not be useful:
    1) I use this hard drive mostly for my Go Pro videos and images. They are transferred by directly plugging in the MicroSD into the hard drive. No PCs or Laptops needed.
    2) I have connected this Hard Drive into a PC and laptop previously so a chance for a virus transferring itself into the drive is possible.
    3) Did a scan on the drive using AVG Free but nothing came up.
    4) You may have noticed that "FOUND.000" folder. It was made due to a previous troubleshoot I did trying to fix a folder of which my pictures and videos become "0-byte" files. I ran an error check and windows removed the entire folder and made everything into .chk files.
    5) I ran PC Inspector File Recovery and it came up with some sort of boot sector error. Not sure if this matters.

Really getting it from both ends here.... Salvaging whatever I can from the .chk files to save my entire holiday and trying to findout whats happening to all that space in my external hard drive.

Try WizTree and see if it lists the unknown files.
They have a portable zip available.
Antibody Software - WizTree finds the files and folders using the most disk space on your hard drive
