    SFC / ScanNow Files Corrupted

Hello everyone, I am shy1104 and currently new to the forums.

Before I can have a great time with y'all, I have a issue for 4 days.
It first starts with my iMac which is Bootcamp and I've been consulting Microsoft for help regarding some app crashes. Most of the applications have crashed after I tried to update my card driver. The Microsoft expert had asked me to do SFC/scannow and I found some corrupted files.

I do not want to fork out SGD69 for advanced troubleshooting, too expenshive! After reading another thread having the same problem, it just looks complicated and I need clearer instructions. I running on Windows 7 Ultimate.

Please help me as I am running a YouTube channel and I am lacking the time to upload a thing and record, thanks!

You installed update KB2923545, it causes a false corruption reading with sfc.

Uninstall it, then run windows update again, then right click on it and hide it so it never installs again.

Run sfc again, it should now be fine.

Make sure you have windows update set like this.

You open windows update, then click installed updates. Then find the update and just click on it. It will ask you "Are you sure you want to uninstall this update" just click yes to uninstall it.

Then, when you run Windows update, that update will show up again, make sure it`s unchecked, then right click on it and hide it. :)

It is KB3022345, not KB2923545! or was that changed? confused now

Either uninstall it as AddRAM suggested or Run the fix from The Tech Cookbook – Windows 7 update (KB3022345) causing corrupt files.

I found it, Microsoft Update removed, still running the sfc/scannow. Hope it works!
