found it eventually, I had to looks for it manually in the system32 folder

Win 7 Home Premium x64/Linux Lite 2.6 x64

if you run SFCFix.exe by Niemero with Windows 7 cd installed in drive, it will find and replace corrupt files. link if you need windows 7 disk i have win7 aio Iso you can download.
