sfc /scannow finding corrupt files but can't repair them

Hi. As it says in the thread title, my sfc /scannow detects corrupted files and is unable to fix them. I think that those corrupted files don't allow me to install windows 7 ultimate sp1 and make BSOD appear. On the previous Windows i tryed to replace corrupted files with some files that i found on the internet. It didn't end well, soo i decided to ask you guys this time. I attached my full log file. Any ideas?

You have rather a lot of corruption there.

Please run the CheckSUR tool - there are a number of things that need fixing before the SFC errors can be properly addressed.

Please download and save the CheckSUR tool from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821

(you'll need to look in the details for Windows 7, downloading from the Microsoft Download Center)

Run it - The tool can take anywhere from 5 mins to a couple of hours to run (or 'Install') depending on how much it has to do, and may exit silently - it may appear to freeze for most of that time, but be patient.

The result is logged in the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log file - and an archive …\checksur.persist.log file

Then zip the CheckSUR.log and upload it to your reply.

Not home right now so cannot do. I'll upload the ISO and provide link later, when I'm home, if needed, which I doubt.
Follow NoelDP's instruction. He will provide fix for your issues! Highly skilled!
