Can I delete the prefetch and %temp% content

    Checking the System Specs, I will re-write it then:

    Getting more RAM would help, also an SSD upgrade gives the most benefit these days.
    Hopefully, others will comment on anything I may be missing. I couldn't check motherboard for what it supports, as I need to be going out in a bit!
