Very high CPU Usage without running anything

Hi! I booted my laptop tonight and I notice that it is really slow. Start up is good (I only had 4 start up entries). But when I try to refresh the desktop, it will take a long time before the menu will pop up.Whenever I click refresh, it will almost take 10 seconds before it will refresh. I checked the task manager and I had a very high CPU usage (It almost doesn't fluctuate. CPU usage is stuck at 100%). It shows 100% CPU usage without running anything else. Also, I have a high memory usage (2.22 GB). What should I do? Thanks in advance!

Got any System Restore points to fall back to?
You can also try another account to see if happens with it too.

I installed the free trial of prezi desktop lately and the computer ran slow. I tried running the system restore and restored it to the time before the prezi desktop was installed. Nothing happened. What should I do?

Try loading defaults in BIOS(Setup) - either first screen or exit menu.

    Run in cmd: sfc /scannow
then run the next command and post sfcdetails.txt here:
    Code:
    findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt

In Task Manager, what is using all of your CPU cycles and Memory?

Thanks! I found the cause of this problem. I uninstalled an application that appears to be malicious. Now everything is fine. Thanks anyway! Thank you very much!

µTorrent application. I scanned it with my antivirus and found out that it is an openCandy application. Uninstalling took a while. But after the uninstallation process, everything seems to be fine :)
