Win 7 won't startup, perfoms system repair without findind anything

Before this problem appears pc was very slow for a long time. I tried all safe modes but they didn't work. In the results of system repair i found this : the archive c:/windows/system32/drivers/ASPI.sys is destroyed (i translated from greek). Can anyone help please?

John, Repair Install requires you to be on desktop.
You can only do a repair install from within Windows 7.
