Would try a few fixes before trying repair install and certainly before clean install. Download Microsoft System Readiness Tool, CLICK HERE. When you run it, it will install and create CheckSUR.log (may take some time to complete). Please post that log. Can provide you with appropriate files to replace those that are damaged/corrupt.
Here are the logs attached to this message. Even after I ran the tool and restarted my computer the 3 items in the screenshot attached are still highlighted and missing.
Glad to see that MSRT (fix)ed 51 of the errors)) Therefore, you will only have to locate the 4 (Unavailable repair files) on your win7 disk. Do you want me to find them and provide link to my Google Drive account for download?
Found the four files from the log but these files which are shown as missing on autorun, I could not find.
    Here are the file names:
    synth3dvsc.sys
    tsusbhub.sys
    rdvgkmd.sys
All should be in this folder:
    C:\Windows\System32\drivers

Found missing CSI Payload File and 1 of the others. Do you want me to send them to you? You will have to find someone running Windows 7 Ultimate to locate the other files on their computer. If you cannot find the manifests file on disk or computer it is a "hidden" file. Type manifests\ into the URL box at top of window after winsxs\ Maybe another forum member running win 7 ultimate can provide you with the missing files from their computer.

If all fails you could repair install, here's a good YouTube video by Brian (Britec09) on it CLICK HERE.

I had issue with magic jellybean and belarc-advisor providing wrong key. If you still have it on cd or on computer that is the correct one. Also you can contact computer manufacturer with your machine specs and they will provide you with their OEM key, (which i had to do for friends computer)

The file I sent you is a compressed .zip file. You can open it with WinRAR or 7zip. I'm not sure if windows will be able to open it. You can download WinRAR HERE or 7zip HERE. dowload either and run installer. If you double-click on the .zip file you may have an option screen popup that will ask you which program you would like to use to open the file. Make Choice

copy & paste the file (not the folder) into the proper subdirectory under C:\Windows\winsxs

relevant part of article I sent you:

If you get a Payload File Missing message, then the binary required is not available. This means that the issue is not fixed. The CheckSUR.log will show the following

    Summary:
    Seconds executed: 100
    Found 3 errors
    Fix 1 errors
CSI Payload File Missing Total count: 3
Fix CSI Payload File Missing Total Count: 1

    (f) CSI Payload File Missing 0x00000000 admparse.dll x86_microsoft-windows-ie-adminkitmostfiles_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6000.16386_none_abfb5fd109dad8b8 servicing_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6000.16386_none_23ddbf36a8a961bc

    1. Find out which payload files are missing by looking at CheckSUR.log. Identify any line that have (f) that is not followed by (fix). From the previous example there are two payload files that were not fixed.
    2. You will need to get these files from another machine. Make sure the machine you are copying files from is the same OS version and system architecture.
    3. Paste the files into the proper subdirectory under %windir%\winsxs

I already have 7zip installed, when I try this method like I did earlier it says "Destination Folder Permission, You need permission to perform this action"

Need to take ownership of file from trustedinstaller. I attached some registry tweaks to permit you to take ownership, restore ownership and uninstall those reg edits. if you run the takeownership.reg and the restoreownership.reg they will add entries in the right-click context menu (the menu that opens when you right click a file. after you finish you can run the uninstalls for those.
