    NO NO NO!!!!
CheckSUR does the heavy lifting for you, for all Manifest and MUM/CAT files.
THERE IS NEVER ANY NEED TO CHANGE PERMISSIONS.

For other files, replacement should be done while in the repair environment - again this avoids any need to mess around with permissions or ownership.

All of the files have been restored and are appearing in autoruns as normal but the rdvgkmd.sys file is still listed as missing. I already had the rdvgkmd.sys.mui file. Just need it with the .sys extension.

Please DO NOT do anything more until you've run another SFC /SCANNOW, and posted the resulting CBS.log file.

Ran it again and it seems to be fine but the rdvgkmd.sys is still highlighted as missing in autoruns. The log seems to fine as this was the last line of text in the log file.

    PLEASE POST THE LOG.
SFC always completes with that line, regardless of what actually happens.

    This is rather a mess
There are 71 corrupted components, and corrupt manifest files.

Please run CheckSUR again, and post the new CheckSUR.log file - we need to fix that first.
